These are a favorite of ours-perfect for a healthy snack when you are craving something salty and crunchy.
1/2 cup of any raw organic nuts (or seeds) such as almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, etc.
a drop or two of olive or sesame oil
curry powder, garlic powder and sea salt to taste
Place nuts and spices in a tupperware or other bowl that has a fitted lid and shake
Add the olive oil and shake again
Taste, and adjust seasonings as needed
